SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by GH Automotive Marketing through the Instant Price Widget and related dealership communications.

SMS consent

By checking the unchecked SMS consent box and submitting your vehicle price request, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code to verify your phone number and continue your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We retain a record of the consent, including its date/time, IP address, user agent, disclosure text, and source URL.

Message purpose and frequency

SMS is used only for customer-requested verification and dealership communications when you have authorized them. The Instant Price Widget sends transactional verification messages only; it does not send marketing language in OTP messages. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you separately opt in again where permitted. For support, contact privacy@ghautomotivemarketing.com.

Privacy

Your use of SMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility and changes

You must provide a valid mobile number that you control. We may change these terms when necessary; the effective date above will identify the latest version.
