GH Automotive Marketing (“GH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and delete personal information when you use ghautomotivemarketing.com, our forms, and our Instant Price Widget.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle inquiry information (including the vehicle, VIN or stock number, requested pricing, and comments), and technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, source URL, and form activity.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools to operate and improve our website, understand page performance, measure campaign attribution, and help prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some site features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested vehicle-price information, deliver one-time verification codes, support dealership communications you authorize, maintain security and audit records, and improve our services. We do not use an OTP request as consent to send marketing messages.
SMS data and mobile privacy
When you affirmatively check the SMS verification box in the Instant Price Widget, we record your consent to send a one-time transactional verification code. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We may share information with the dealership connected to your vehicle inquiry and with service providers that help us operate the website, secure data, deliver requested transactional messages, or provide customer support. These providers may use information only to perform services for us. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Storage and protection
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Consent records are stored with the associated Instant Price lead in our secured application database and include the consent date/time, IP address, user agent, disclosure text, and source URL. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop authorized dealership communications. To request deletion, email privacy@ghautomotivemarketing.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” the email address and/or phone number used, and enough information for us to locate your record. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. We may retain limited information when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, opt-out, or recordkeeping purposes.
